Nothing beats great Customer Service
I had a little oopsy this week with one of my outfits … it seemed the belt wasn’t being transferred with it. SL glitched and corrupted it *sighs* … so I rebuilt the belt and redelivered to everyone (none of which had complained yet). I got some really nice comments. I unfortunately only remembered to ask one person if I could post this on my blog, so if anyone else wants to share their customer support experience with RiFi, please feel free to comment or IM me in game and I’ll add to this post.
Thanks again to everyone who has shopped at RiFi in the past and who will in the future … without you, we are nothing!!!
